Thank you so much for your interest in renting the facility at Catalyst Initiative Athletic Club! We want to “Create Positive Change In The Athletic Community” by providing an incredible space that is perfect for workouts, 3V3 and 5V5 basketball, two full-sized volleyball courts, and a multitude of athletic opportunities or birthday parties!
MRCS Gym Booking
This gym is the perfect space for 3v3 and 5v5 basketball, 1 full sized volleyball court, 3 pickleball courts, futsal, and a many other athletic opportunities or birthday parties!
RENTAL ENTITLEMENT
While renting our facilities, your rental entitles you to the use of the facility and equipment necessary dependent on your reservations (ex. basketball, nets and volleyballs, etc.). You will only be allowed to use the equipment necessary for your reservation, and we ask that you please respect all of our equipment by cleaning up after yourself and not leaving equipment out after your rental. There will be NO use of the weight training equipment allowed in the CIAC facility without proper supervision provided by CIAC Staff and trainers.

CIAC WAREHOUSE FACILITY RENTAL RATES
Volleyball Court: $75 per hour per court (2 - full size courts)
Basketball Court: $95 per hour (1 - full size court)
MRCS GYM RENTAL RATES
Volleyball Court: $75 per hour (1 - full size court)
Basketball Court: $75 per hour (1 - elementary size court)
CONTRACT RATES
NOTE: Booking contracts can be done in 3-month intervals based upon seasons.
Summer-June, July, August
Fall-September, October, November
Winter-December, January, February
Spring-March, April, May
Discounts are available for numerous organizations and for those who do a signed contract agreement for a season. For more information about potential discounts please contact the CIAC Staff at catalystiac@gmail.com.
NOTE: All bookings are considered tentative until confirmed by CIAC staff. You will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to the approval of the CIAC Administrative Staff. There will be NO refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of booking.
