Strength and Conditioning

At Catalyst Initiative, our aim is to offer a comprehensive strength and conditioning program for all athletes. This program is designed to take athletic performance to a whole new level. Our certified personal trainers will aim specifically at personal training that will adapt to each individual athlete’s needs.

Agility Training

We seek to engage athletes, no matter the current skill level, in creating plans and providing opportunities for intentional training to develop their agility to the point where it directly reflects during in-game performance. We want athletes to perform at the highest levels of competition and to provide the training necessary to do so.

Sport-Specific Training

We aim to offer a multi-sport training environment where athletes can hone in on developing skills and furthering their abilities within their respective sports. Whether volleyball, basketball, weight-lifting, running, or any other sport, Catalyst Initiative aims to provide opportunities to raise the level of student athlete performance throughout Ridge Meadows.

Why BUILD?

At BUILD, our aim is your athlete! We want to meet each athlete right where they are at. BUILD is a program designed for student athletes ages 12-18 who want to grow in character, as leaders, and as athletes!

Our certified personal trainers will be working with your students to meet them right where they are and helping them to BUILD confidence, strength, character, and leadership! This program focuses on agility, balance, coordination, speed, and strength training. It is a comprehensive program aimed to increase the performance level of student athletes and to encourage a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

Details:

Students age 12-18

2 sessions per week (1 hour per session)

4-8 athletes per group

Cost: $125 per month (8 sessions)

Coach Lisa Arrington

Coach Lisa Arrington

Lisa is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a background in Powerlifting and Volleyball. She has led fitness classes at Unified Training Center in Maple Ridge, is the lead trainer at Cougar Volleyball since the club began in 2020, leads training for a Ridge Meadows Soccer Club team, and has worked with athletes from multiple different sports.
